Brazil Foundation

BrazilFoundation mobilizes resources for ideas and actions that transform Brazil. They work with local leaders, organizations and a global network of supporters to promote equality, social justice and economic opportunity for all Brazilians. BrazilFoundation works hand-in-hand with donors connecting them to a diverse portfolio of organizations in Brazil, including IPTI.

IPTI

IPTI is a non-profit organization and a pioneer in the successful implementation of effective, scalable social technologies to solve social problems. These technologies are created in close collaboration with the communities in which are applied. IPTI’s projects integrate art, science, and technology to provide a systemic and evolutionary pathway to foster development in children and adolescents in low-income municipalities.

School of American Ballet (SAB)

The School of American Ballet is the of¬ficial training academy of New York City Ballet and was founded in 1934 by Lincoln Kirstein and legendary choreographer George Balanchine. Located at Lincoln Center, SAB is considered the premier ballet academy in the United States, training more students who go on to become professional dancers than any other school.

Chess in the Schools

America’s original chess education organization, Chess in the Schools fosters the intellectual and social development of low-income youth through chess education. To date, they have taught more than 500,000 of New York City’s most underserved children in 48 schools, inspiring them to greater achievement.
